Please allow 1-3 business days for your custom order to be handcrafted and prepared for shipment. Each piece is made with love and care to ensure the highest quality. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, your shipment might take a little longer than usual. Don’t worry — we’ll keep you updated by email if there’s a significant delay.

Tracking Your Order:
As soon as your package is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking email to the address you provided at checkout. Don’t see it? Be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Shipping:

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on where you are and the shipping option you choose. We are not currently offering international shipping.

All of our magnets are made just for you — customized and created by hand — so we generally don’t offer refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s not right — a damaged item or a mix-up — contact us right away so we can resolve it quickly.
