Both packaging options are included at no additional charge. If no packaging preference is specified, magnets will be packaged in clear OPP plastic bags by default.

Processing and Shipping:
1-3 Business Days for processing upon proof approval and 2-5 business days of estimated delivery window. Please note that the estimated delivery window is approximation only. USPS may occasionally experience delays; please plan ahead of time. We are unable to issue refunds for delivery issues. Thank you for your understanding.

We will crop photos at our discretion and send you proof for your approval (via Etsy messages or email) before production begins. If we have questions or concerns about the quality of your photos or about the cropping of the photos, we will contact you through Etsy messages or reply to your email.
